Alison Ochoa, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care. She brings her background in both surgical and medical care to support patients with sinus, allergy, and head & neck concerns.

Professional Background

Alison earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. Before entering PA school, she worked extensively in direct patient care as an emergency room scribe, EMT, and medical assistant.

She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences. Alison began her career as a surgical physician assistant in orthopedics, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in both clinical and surgical settings. Today, she applies that expertise to her ENT practice, offering patients comprehensive and compassionate care.

She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Alison believes that the best outcomes happen when patients feel heard, informed, and supported. She takes time to explain conditions and treatment options clearly, empowering patients to take an active role in their care. With a focus on minimally invasive treatments and faster recovery, she tailors care plans to each patient’s unique needs while working collaboratively with physicians and the care team.

Alison provides ENT care with a focus on sinus, allergy, and ear conditions. Her services include:

  • Evaluation and management of chronic and recurrent sinusitis
  • Collaborative care for minimally invasive sinus procedures, including balloon sinuplasty  
  • Allergy testing and treatment, including immunotherapy
  • Management of ear conditions: infections, hearing concerns, tinnitus, and earwax impaction
  • Treatment of nasal obstruction, deviated septum, and turbinate hypertrophy
  • Pediatric ENT care: tonsil and adenoid conditions, ear tubes, pediatric sinus issues
  • Post-surgical ENT care and ongoing management

Personal Note

Outside of work, Alison enjoys hot yoga, hiking, and spending time outdoors. She values time with her husband, family, and friends, and believes a healthy mindset is deeply connected to physical well-being.
